An Encouraging Letter To All SISTERS~

?Dear Angel,

Bless you dear friend with the knowledge of the great love that Jesus Christ has for you, a love that surpasses understanding, that you might be filled with all the fulness of God.  Be rooted and grounded in His great love for YOU!

We share so many similarities including the tongue that speaks against us in judgement.  Let us condemn these lies as they are spoken to us and praise our Father in Heaven for His amazing love and view of us as His very own daughters!  That is worth praising Him for our being a part of His family!

Isaiah 54:17, No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.  This is the heritage of The Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith The Lord.

As those tongues judged us so harshly yesterday, our beloved Holy Spirit placed into my heart Psalm 31.  The words of encouragement jumped out at me as I listened to you talking with my husband.  The following are those very words!

Psalm 31, IN THEE, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.  Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.  For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.  Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength.  Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.  I have hated them that regard lying vanities; but I trust in the Lord.  I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities; And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.  Have mercy upon me, O Lord,……..But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my God.  My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.  Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies’ sake.  Let me not be ashamed, O Lord; for I have called upon thee:………Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!  Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.  Blessed be the Lord: for He hath shown me his marvelous kindness in a strong city………..O love the Lord, all ye his saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful,…….Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.

Dearest Angel, DO YOU SEE IT?!  The very thing we were talking about living in the Kingdom of His Dear Son!  David, being The Lord’s prophet of the day, speaks of SEEING his Lord’s marvelous kindness in a strong city.  (Verse 21)  David saw the Kingdom of God and was describing what he saw in this amazing Psalm!   David describes the Lord’s protection and mercy in the Kingdom of God as an house of defence (vs.2), a strong rock (vs.2 & 3), a fortress (vs.3), strength (vs.4), a large room (vs.i), hiding us in His secret presence (vs.20), keeping us in a secret pavillion (vs.20), and finally a strong city (vs.21)!  He even addresses the very thing again, that we were talking about.  I see a pavillion keeping us secretly from the strife of tongues.  Tongues shall continue to judge us but we are to condemn the lying vanities and trust what our Lord says about us.  He even calls the Lord, The Lord God of Truth (vs.5).  He calls us His Very Own and our place in His family as daughters never changes.  He is always pleased with us because He sees who He created us to be and He knows that besides being covered in the precious blood of Jesus, He shall accomplish what He has begun in us.

Jesus tells us that the Kingdom of God is within us!  I see this as the secret place, the hiding place, the secret of His presence.  He will not withdraw His presence nor His kingdom as it is His good pleasure to give us the Kingdom!!!

Luke 17:2, Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there!  for, behold the kingdom of God is within you.

Luke 12:32, Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

In closing, I would like to repeat a few things that have changed my life.  The Gospel is as simple as what we believe, we experience.  If we continue to believe that we are saved sinners, than the sin factor will keep us doubting as to why The Father loves us so.  But, if we can grasp and understand that His love for us is as a wonderful FATHER who sees His DAUGHTER having come forth from Him.  Nothing can stop the great love for His beloved daughter.  This is what Jesus Christ himself accomplished on the cross and then His resurrection.  He made peace with all mankind.  And because we have said “Yes” to Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, the Spirit of Jesus lives in us and claims us as His Very Own family.  Nothing that we have done nor can do will change this fact.  When we do occasionally sin, then to confess and repent is quick.  We need to keep this simple, not long and drawn out for self punishment and condemnation.  But, the truth about us is that we have been delivered from the power of darkness (sin and selfishness) and translated into the Kingdom of His Dear Son.  The truth about us is that we have been made like Jesus as He was the light of mankind.  The truth about who we were originally created to be.

Colossians 2:13, Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Matthew 6:9 & Luke 11:2, “Our Father which art in heaven…”

1 John 1:7, But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

John 1: 9, That was the true Light which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

Genesis 1:27, So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Angel, let us both draw near to our Lord and Saviour with boldness, seeking to know Him more and more.  He accomplished so much in his great sacrifice. Let us follow in His footsteps, keeping our eyes on Him and believing that we are created to be like Him alone.  In doing so, we bring our loving Father glory and honour!  Amen!

In Christ Always,

Your Sister

This is beautiful! Thank you for the reminder of my precious place in my Father’s heart. I have a strong, fighting soul/spirit and after so much conflict with spiritual attacks, it refreshes me to remember what amazing tender love Abba has purposed toward me. I only have to slow down, settle in Him, into His comforting embrace when I have had difficult issues arise and I am worn out. THIS is living water that revives again and again. The Word is so Alive!
