❤️WHO’S VOICE DO YOU DESIRE THE MOST? AND BEING SPIRITUALLY UNCLEAN ~ ROF Broadcast Transcript, August 1, 2021 with Angela
Good Morning Blessings and thank you for joining me today on this ROF Ministries Broadcast! It is always a pleasure and joy to fellowship with likeminded believers who have the same loving heart. I am finding this privilege to be more rare as each day passes, which makes me even more grateful for each of you.
Before we start, I cannot tell you how thankful and overwhelmed I have been by the outpouring of love so many have had regarding the prison inmates. You all are surely one of a kind. It was such a miracle too – because that same day I received a letter from an inmate named Steve in CA and I want to read it, if that’s okay with you? You will see why…
Steve’s letter
Isn’t that just incredible? It is like the Lord laid an outreach on our hearts, knowing Steve’s request would soon be in my hands. So Sunday I ordered 20 Bibles to be delivered and a devotional for another inmate to study. Then, as if that is not enough… John’s inmate, Brian, who is in a fairly new unit called Telford – wrote and asked him for Bibles too. I ordered five right away and we sent a note to ask him how many more he will need. We can only send in five Bibles at a time so we have to do separate shipments. So I find all this totally amazing and totally from the Lord. He always gets all the glory in these things! I honor you all who are helping us visit the prisons, as well. I truly could not do this without you.
Then Tracy emailed me with a wonderful idea… She suggested that you all participate in our outreach by emailing me messages to type up and send to the inmates, that are personal to encourage them in the Lord. I am so thankful the Lord gave this idea to Tracy and that she shared it with me. So how does that sound you all? We probably should try to do this before postage goes up, because that’s a lot of stamps and envelopes! If this is something you are interested in – please send me an email with your inmate message and I will compile them all to copy and send out to each of the 350 inmates, along with a letter from me. You all are a huge part of the ROF Ministry Outreach Team – this would be your opportunity to connect with the inmates in a new and precious way. So thank you Tracy! Please email me your note at: Markedbyheaven7@gmail.com
Okay… Well, I feel like I have so much to share today – I don’t really even know where to start. The Lord keeps showing me messages and the Word about the “seed.” So I definitely want to talk about that soon. Then He also has been showing me so much about getting caught up in the “cares of this World” which draws us away and competes or overshadows the increase in the seed He has implanted within the heart of all. So it kind of all ties in together.
Let’s hit the ground running… There is nothing wrong or to be ashamed about if you desire the pure milk of His word. You do know that, right? We are to keep with the simplicity that is found in Jesus at all times, not running to and fro and swayed by every form of doctrine, laced by the opinions of men.
Falling in love with Jesus means, you’ve fallen in love with the truth – He is the way, the truth and the life – plus, remember – He is the Word made flesh and His word actually dwells among us.
All this started last Friday in a text exchange between my ex-husband and I, as a matter of fact the past two Fridays the Lord moves on him and me at the same time and we share with one another – it is the craziest thing – but we are going with it. And both times, what we are given compliments one another – its just wild.
So he sent me a verse of the day, saying this is what the Lord is speaking to me today… It was: So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. I then told him, that goes with the text I sent you a little bit ago to read Romans 10 – saying the Lord told me… Faith starts out as a seed and only increases when we water it with the Word, but now you told me about hearing the word increases our faith as well. I then said the Lord just showed me – all are given a seed of faith but it doesn’t grow unless we are willing to go all the way with the Lord by desiring more of Him ourselves. So the Lord showed the both of us two ways in which that seed imparted into us will grow – by hearing the word and reading the word. Then he texted me saying…. Omw, I am listening to a message and Bill Johnson right now is preaching about the seed of faith too. And I wrote him back saying – Jesus is the word made flesh to dwell among us, which is the tie back to John 15-17 I gave you to read last week. In the meantime, I sent him a message I had been listening to with Jeremiah Johnson talking about the Lord’s Prayer, so he started listening and texted me saying… omw again, I have been led to pray the Lord’s prayer lately and Jeremiah Johnson just mentioned Bill Johnson… and it went on and on, back and forth because Jesus showed up… And if that is not crazy enough, would you believe the previous Friday the same thing happened to us only it was about garments and the Lord showed him the ones who get clothed must have faith and I told him it takes humility and surrender and he said surrender leads to faith and can be really hard at times to believe when you don’t know what to do. I could go on, but don’t want to bore you… but what has been happening is we randomly at the leading of the Lord will send one another Scriptures that He places on our hearts and what is going on is… It is cultivating a bond of agape love, which covers a multitude of sins between us – and we are within the family of God, in which the fruit of the Holy Spirit is manifesting. You all know my story, right? Did you catch it when I said this is my ex-husband? Some of you know various details of what I’ve been through… But God! My only frustration is… the piece of me I have to surrender is… Why did God wait to change his heart until after we were divorced? I try not to entertain that thought… but I’m just keeping it real with you all. Just in case you have the answer to that question, because I don’t… lol all I know is God’s ways are higher than ours, indefinitely.
Anyway, chances are you all too have experienced a Holy Spirit flow with someone like that – I want to say it is rare, but really it is common – when two equally yoked believers get together to glorify the Lord – the Lord moves in amazing ways – but it takes an open heart within all involved for that to happen or the spirit is quenched. When we were marred we were unequally yoked, but now… heart’s changed by Jesus yoke us together equally in the family of God.
I want to talk a lot more about the seed next time, but today… I am going to ask you what the Lord asked me the other morning… Who’s voice do you DESIRE to hear? I got the impression in my Spirit it saddens the Lord Jesus that many do not desire to hear His voice. That is sad isn’t it? When Jesus asks me a question like that, it is always because He wants me to look inward to my own heart first and then will often reveal more about the Body of Christ – it is not that He doesn’t know the answer, but that He is revealing a concern of His to me. Quite often it is about me – like the time He revealed to me I was playing a Spiritual harlot or when it is a message to be delivered to the Beloved, that’s you all. Usually, its both.
This time, I think it was both, to be honest. He began to show me that if it is His voice we desire to hear, then we never will get into trouble by following another’s voice. And I loved that – don’t you? You all are probably thinking… well, duh! But truly, listen to that word… If it is His voice we DESIRE, then we never will get into trouble by following another’s voice. So I likely pointed out the obvious, but wait… It’s not about the voice we follow – its all about the VOICE WE DESIRE to hear… Heart’s desire…. Is Jesus our first love, is it His voice we desire to hear the most? Because the voice we desire the most is the one we listen to the most. That is the question. Would we be okay if we stopped listening to every voice, only to hear His? Or would we freak out… if the messengers all were silenced? Jesus promised us that if we listen to His voice, He will direct our paths saying this is the way in which we are to walk continually. Listening to and desiring His voice alone, seals you in a protective bubble in which you cannot be tainted with mixture.
Let’s read this, it is in John 10 –
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
Jesus is the door and it is only through Him that we may enter into relationship with the Father now and eternally, it is through Jesus we can be reconciled back to our first estate from our fallen nature.
2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
Jesus is our Shephard – He leads, protects and nourishes us
3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
As His sheep, we recognize His voice and He calls us by our name so that a stranger’s voice we do not follow and instead – flee from the voice of all strangers. Jesus goes before us to lead and guide us and we follow only Him.
6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
Jesus often speaks in parables so that you can understand in the most simplistic ways of a child by the spirit and yet, it is so innocent and pure it confounds those who are wise so they do not understand what He is instructing and teaching.
7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
Jesus is pointing out that we have had times voices of thieves and robbers speak to us – who seek to kill, steal and destroy – but we cannot hear them and do not obey what they say
9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Pasture here resembles the Promised Land we discussed recently – in the pasture we find nourishment for our souls and eat of what Jesus provides, we are at rest and content being full with that which is good for the soul. Pasture in Greek means – having no need of supplies in this life
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Abundant life is a content spiritual nature in which Jesus leads us in every way – we do not entertain strangers but flee from them, knowing Jesus is Who we follow so our lives are abundant with Him
11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
Jesus is a good Shepherd and has laid His life down for us – a hireling (a paid worker) does not protect the innocent like Jesus does – they will say they do, but they don’t – they do not represent Jesus as a good shepherd – leaving the innocent vulnerable to wolves who seek to harm them.
14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
This is very comforting… Jesus is a good shepherd, we can follow and trust Him – He knows us best and His sheep KNOW Him (which is very deep and intimate, involving love)
15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
Jesus is not exclusionary in what “fold” (a place where sheep were herded into at night for watching over) – that He chooses. We see here He has many folds of His own that He watches over – not just us, but all that belong to Him – of which only He knows who are His, right?
17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
I love this… because it glorifies the power majesty of Jesus that no man can argue. All power was given to Him, it hushes humanity as it is finished by His word.
19 There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.
20 And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?
21 Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
When Jesus comes – He divides, of course He binds as well…. But these days especially… He brings a lot of division between the pure in heart and those with great egos – those who do not desire to hear His voice and follow after only Him. Those who are very caught up in the cares of this World – cannot hear His voice clearly, many like to only hear their own voice, not belonging to Jesus’s fold – they want their ears tickled out of a desire to hear a stranger’s voice. But only JESUS CAN OPEN THE EYES OF THE BLIND… and He is also the only one who can change a heart and only Jesus can open ears to His small voice that overtakes the louder ones.
Then the Lord gave me a vision… Of puppies, many puppies…. Representing all the folds in the Earth today. He began to show me how puppies are not born with their eyes open, but gradually over time as the way of the Lord has orchestrated they grow and mature and they do open their eyes as He has purposed. We are not too different in such a way. I then was led to check into lambs and if their eyes are open at birth and guess what? They aren’t… It usually takes a minimum of two hours before their eyes open – isn’t that amazing? But occasionally a lamb is born with sealed eyes, which can last for days and it requires their Shepherd to place warm cloths periodically over their eyes to break the seal so they open. This too is so much like us, isn’t it? The Lord then reminded me that we need to stop trying to force the eyes open of His flock of sheep – that it is wrong and forceful and prideful really, to take the sight of another into our own hands in such a way. He reminded me how all the folds of sheep are His and He will bring all folds of sheep into His flock in His own timing, in His own perfect way as He is the good shepherd and no matter who it is, His own will hear only His voice, when He is finished His work in their lives. Thank You Lord. Help us to not be a stranger’s voice in those You send us to, but rather let you flow out of us with words of gentleness and love.
Many of us within church circles need to repent for judging others before the time of the Lord because His work is not complete within any of us yet.
Once we are awake… We truly do desire the sincere milk of the word and listen closely to the Shepherd’s voice, even after following a stranger’s voice for so long, we will learn to only go where Jesus leads us in the way in which He leads us, never to depart from Him again.
So for days the Lord kept whispering into my heart – 1 Corinthians 1:11… like it has been constant… It is short and simple saying… BE FOLLOWERS OF ME, EVEN AS I ALSO AM OF CHRIST. Now of course, this is Paul speaking. But the Lord really started to lay many things on my heart about this verse…
Like, it is okay if we follow one another when someone is following Jesus. But that is not all the time. And we risk being the blind leading the blind at times when we are not following in Jesus’s example. He began to show me times I may have been leading others, but not following Him like I should and times I let others lead me and they clearly were not displaying the characteristics of Jesus or speaking like Him, discussing topics He never did – how they are actually stranger’s voices, blind and I followed after them anyway and how that is all on me – because I desired their voice over His.
He then began to show me, it is our choice in what voice we follow. We can love the truth and only listen to truth or we can want our ears tickled so much, that if we do not repent, we will believe a lie and follow after it. Paul was not perfected in anyway and neither are we or anyone else. The Lord laid on my heart, that we should never follow anyone 100% of the time because that would mean they are following Jesus 100% of the time, which no one does. So if we apply this truth – we must measure out when someone is and is not… following Jesus and only follow them when they are. Otherwise, we will end up in a ditch and possibly delusional, worst case scenario.
Jesus is the only One who we are to obey and He is the only one who is perfect. Obeying a human who has a voice and such can actually place us into disobedience with the Lord. I often am reminded of the verse, a little child will lead them… Meaning one who is innocent, meek – but mostly – in the care of the Father, fully. Jesus watches over the little ones and it takes a similarity to a little one to be led by and hear the voice of Jesus. So I guess you could say, if I am going to follow anyone, it would be that little one, who seems to be much easier led by the Shepherd’s voice in so many ways.
But He is reminding me again to say… Only follow someone when you are sure they are following Jesus on occasions of what He said is flowing out of their mouths. Follow me, follow one another, when… I am following Jesus or they are following Jesus – and may those with ears to hear, hear what the Spirit is saying to us all.
I really wanted to talk more about that seed, but I think it is going to need a full broadcast so that we dedicate enough time for the full message.
Something else about the innocent lambs being led by the good shepherd and those who are following Jesus is in Romans 16. This also goes with the opening of the eyes… and how we need to cease from forcing others to see evil or investigate, before the Lord Himself steps in with correction upon His hand directed towards us.
Can I be honest? I am wore out with being mocked and ridiculed for not having any desire for knowledge of evil and its ways. This is just how the Lord created me, it is to no merit of my own – He simply did not put within me any desire whatsoever for understanding or knowledge about evil. I cannot help it, I am not in denial or fearful of evil or have my head in the sand like many presume… I actually have no curiosity or desire to know about darkness. I haven’t really spoken openly about this before, but I know already there are a few of you just like me, so I will share, in hopes to encourage you and my own soul in the process. I believe I have danced around the subject and beat around the bush long enough.
Telling me I am going to face evil in ways the Lord has not shown me is very similar to hearing a stranger’s voice – it does not resonate as truth within my spirit at all – and remember, no one knows the plans the Lord has laid out for us but Him. Because I do not fear evil in anyway. Nor do I give it placement over me, knowing it must go through the hedge of fire placed around me by the almighty first and He purifies all things which may enter into me by His presence – in that – all darkness which comes at us is purified or consumed before entering into us. This includes our minds, our souls or even our flesh. When something taints me, when I give it entry into my life – it will either conform to the Lord Jesus abiding within me or He will remove it or that person in His timing. This is how I operate and live… Giving no placement to the devil and surrendering to Jesus is how we resist the enemy and he flees. The second I discern someone is not following Jesus, I stop following them for the moment. If in my mind or in His word, I cannot find Jesus saying or doing something – then I look away from it altogether because it is the cares of this World which seeks to deplete the nourishment of my soul and the seed of Jesus which resides within. But that is just me… And it is often heartbreaking, because Jesus will often shut doors and remove people from my life that I love so very much and honestly, I want to cling to them and He often has to pry my hands loose so I will let go. So this is my testimony and I really do not like talking about myself at all, but am in hopes it will encourage some of you to just stay true to yourself, to listen to Jesus’s still small voice continually and He will lead and guide you into all truth. And if need be, He will open your eyes to see what he desires you to see – whatever that may be. Whatever He desires for you, His will shall be done, this is to be an encouragement that you are fearfully and wonderfully made in Him and by Him and that you should not change for anyone at any time, except for Him.
If you are like me, you think there is something wrong with you… You are even told there is something wrong with you often – and lately its especially concerning evil and knowing about it. If that is you, I want to give you a Scripture the Lord gave me many years ago that I cling to, often silently, when I hear the mocking and scoffing…
Romans 16:19 –
For your obedience is come abroad until all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf; but yet… I would have you wise unto that which is good and simple concerning evil.
Simple concerning evil… simple here means – harmless, unmixed and pure – relating to the mind – not having a mixture of evil, being free from guile and innocent – no understanding of secular writings, blameless
We know to the pure all things are pure and that it is only the pure in heart who see God. Please believe me, I am not saying I am pure or anything like that – anything good within me is only Jesus, I guess you could say I have just suffered so much at the hands of evil – I want nothing to do with it in anyway. Suffering is how the Lord freed me from seeking knowledge of evil. When you have had so many evil things done to you, you realize evil is like a hot stove you avoid at all costs. Jesus is reminding me now how the enemy desires to sift us as wheat… I guess many of us have had the evil touch sifted right out of us and we’ve learned from a young age, if you dance with the devil you will eventually get burned.
So I cannot see like most see… I try so hard, but I cannot. I see everything on a spiritual plain. I wish I could see more in the natural at times. But it is so hard to explain… Maybe a few of you are the same, so you can help me get this out. But when a tragedy comes or is soon to arrive – I see God’s intervention in souls, when someone is sick, including myself – I see Jesus touching us to make us whole in our souls inwardly and the outwardly will follow, when I hear a song on the radio – even a secular one, most often I can hear whispers woven into the message about the Lord, even if His name is not mentioned – He is there. When tragedy strikes I see hearts turning and knees bowing, finally calling out to the Father Who loves them so very much. And when I have watched tv in the past, like the Kardashians so many years ago – the Lord gave me such a huge burden to pray for them day and night and as I occasionally checked in on them throughout the years – a few months ago I heard Courtney pray, actually saying “in the Name of Jesus” before a meal – Do they stumble, of course, but so do I – but do I see the Lord revealing Himself to them and drawing them near? Absolutely… And when I visit the Catholic Church with family and hear of all the good they do for the least of these, my heart breaks in love because so many stone them without seeing how they just want to serve the Lord in the delusion they are not aware they are in and many really, really love Jesus and I cringe when I hear lies spoken of them all the time, resembling the mocking of Jesus based on hearsays. And this is just a little of how I see… So does my heart break all the time – it sure does. And maybe this is just my cry for help – because I’ve never fit in, nor do I now and maybe I am one of the lost sheep who just wanders and wanders all the day long, where He has to leave the 99 to come find me. I often question if I am even worth saving, which I highly doubt I am, but He doesn’t seem to mind.
And if you can tolerate me for just a few more moments… I want to elaborate on what the Lord meant when He said “touch no unclean thing” and warned us not to call unclean what He calls clean. When you Spiritually look upon another, they may be totally broken, dependent on drugs, drunk, a prostitute and chief of sinners but have a heart of gold – like a hidden treasure no one can see, except Jesus and what He shares with you about someone. I call this seeing through Jesus’s eyes – because weren’t we just like them or maybe many of us still are? Do you understand there is a difference between being unclean and being in bondage? What I just described is what it means to hate the sin and not the sinner – you hate for them to suffer so very much unknowingly they entangle themselves with things that fragment the soul – you lose sleep because you wonder just how much pain they’ve suffered to cause them to de-value themselves to the point they need to self-medicate the lack of love away. Just as the prostitute is so lonely for love she will sell herself for a connection and she is convinced a bad love is better than none at all – she also believes she just possibly may be swept off her feet one day, just maybe and she hates herself – well all these I’ve mentioned hate themselves and blame themselves for the pain inflicted upon them – because they really believe they deserve nothing better. But Jesus knows and He embraces, even those who others call unclean.
So these are those who are in bondage – but Jesus looks at the heart, He also knows every single detail of every hurt that would drive someone to the point of sinking so low they have no way out but Him. So He visits them… Do you know how He visits them the most? Through you and me… They are not unclean by His standards, they are in prison – whether it be of the mind, their own choosing or just how life unfolded around and in on them… Most of them have very precious and fragile hearts and all of them have imparted within them a seed of faith, just waiting to be watered by love. A key way to know who these precious ones are is – they do not repay evil with evil, they suffer the evil done to them in drastic ways.
And then there are what the word calls the “unclean” and I am talking Spiritually here – unclean inwardly. The outside vessel or cup as the word states it – may appear shiny, holy and clean – but inside is full of mixture – these are the unclean we are not to touch, or rather let them taint us – giving us blemishes and spots. You can read more about this in Leviticus 5 but it is also mentioned in 2 Corinthians 6.
I’ll just read it and discuss it quickly and be out of your hair, for today anyway!
2 Corinthians 6 –
We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says:
“In an acceptable time I have heard you,
And in the day of salvation I have helped you.”
Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
3 We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed. 4 But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much [a]patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses, 5 in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings; 6 by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by [b]sincere love, 7 by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, 8 by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; 9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and yet not killed; 10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
Just look at all the situations we too have been in – don’t they resemble the same as these ministers of the past and the Word reminds us how to respond in every situation – never be offended so our representation of Jesus is blamed.
11 O Corinthians! [c]We have spoken openly to you, our heart is wide open. 12 You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections. 13 Now in return for the same (I speak as to children), you also be open.
This is an incredible word – nowadays, everyone wants to feel good or it isn’t coming from the source of truth – but the Word does not restrict us unless we refuse to abide by it – then it greatly offends and being in opposition to direction, correction and discipline – we call foul, saying, that’s not loving or stop judging… Being a minister of light does not mean you hinder the word, and when it restricts the powers of darkness – they blame and lash out – so what will we do? All things in love. Amen?
14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what [d]fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what [e]communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial (another name for satan/wickedness or worthless)? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you[f] are the temple of the living God.
So here is the mixture we discussed to prepare the way for the rest of the Chapter… the mixture/unclean thing is: fellowship with darkness when you are righteous, communing/sharing back and forth about darkness when you are light, or have any agreement with wickedness or satan when your Savior is Jesus as Lord in your life, or what sharing in the unbelief regarding anything which may come if you are a believer and lastly, why have any idols in your heart when God resides there? YOU ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD and we will see clearly why He says that in a moment – but first – Can you see the mixture? Anyone who is promoting lawlessness, darkness, wickedness, idols – are considered unbelievers and we are not to —- receive into us what is being imparted – we are unequally yoked – because they are full of mixture and we are pure. Yoking is — intercourse with beasts – yep… I know, shocking right? Intercourse spiritually that is – intimately entangled with and you know what else? Paul forbid all Christians from having any contact with any idolaters – shocked again, right?
As God has said: “I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”
17 Therefore “Come out from among them
And be separate, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean,
And I will receive you.”
18 “I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the Lord Almighty.”
It just totally blows my mind how Jesus warned more about interactions with the religious than the sinners… And because of that – they called for His death, the religious did and even said He had a devil in Him, plus much mocking and scoffing… He embraces the weak and looked away from the strong… My word, we are humbled and grateful in the heart all over again.
It is a lovely promise… If we would just come out from among them, just as He said – if we would just be separate and not touch what the Lord calls unclean – He will receive us and He will be a Father to us – we will be His son or daughter because… thus sayeth the Lord Almighty. I just read it, He said it… I hope you will read that Word for yourself today – 2 Corinthians 6.
So before I go, please hear my heart on this, because the enemy just loves to twist my words to cause offense… I am very well aware of the truth that many have taken a walk on the darkside that I have not – which is why I cannot speak to those things I have not personally experienced. I honor and love those who are called in such a precious way – those who did entertain dark entities, experienced its grip and even had deep curiosity of its ways, the Lord loves those who are entangled with darkness itself and wants them totally free – so He has qualified the called who are sent to go forth into that darkness and retrieve them from the fire they are in. My prayers go out for these chosen vessels – understanding it is a fine line they must walk, one slip and its over and how quickly they can be reeled back into its deep abyss. These mighty warriors are so much better than I and they need our constant love and prayers, no doubt.
I pray Jude 20-25 over them – let’s do that today together –
20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
22 And on some have compassion, [j]making a distinction; 23 but others save [k]with fear, pulling them out of the [l]fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.
24 Now to Him who is able to keep [m]you from stumbling,
And to present you faultless
Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,
25 To [n]God our Savior,
[o]Who alone is wise,
Be glory and majesty,
Dominion and [p]power,
Both now and forever.
Amen.
